Recreational Classes
Junior Express (5-6 yrs.) 55 min $254/Session 4
An introduction to basic gymnastics by skill progression on vault, bars, beam, and floor along with trampoline and TumbleTrak. The curriculum includes: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping, and agility movements! The Junior Express class places an increased focus on flexibility and body/air awareness.

Gym Express I - Beginner (6-8 yrs.) 55 min $254/Session 4
This class is meant for gymnasts brand new to gymnastics or just coming out of Junior Express in need of more work on basics. The class is designed to work on proper techniques for basic gymnastics on all events. This class will focus on proper cartwheels and handstands as well as body shapes both on the ground and in the air.

Gym Express I - Intermediate (6-8 yrs.) 55 min $254/Session 4
This class is designed to incorporate more challenging elements in a safe environment tailored to each gymnast’s ability. Gymnasts will refine current skills and be introduced to round-offs, bridge kick-overs, back hip circles, squat-ons, board drills, and slightly more advanced jumping, leaping, and agility movements with the addition of core work.

Gym Express II - Beginner (9-13 yrs.) 55 min $254Session 4
This class is designed for older students new to gymnastics. We will build basic skills and learn proper body placement and positions. This class will focus on handstands, cartwheels, strength and body awareness. This class is also great for students coming from Girl's Express I Beginner that need more help with skills.

Gym Express II - Intermediate (9-13 yrs.) 55 min $254/Session 4
Gymnasts build on skills introduced in Girls Express I. Each athlete registered for this class must be proficient in proper handstand position and cartwheel technique. This class will review and continue to refine existing skills. There is an emphasis on adding “flight” elements in this curriculum. Gymnasts will learn back and front handspring drills, kip drills, jumping to handstands, leaps, straddle jumps, wolf jumps, and agility movements!
